This is an excellent home with partial ocean view to Santiago Bay. It is really close to Olas Altas Beach. This home is Puerto Vallarta Style. It is a perfect home if you want to live full time in Manzanillo into a true Mexican community where security is not an issue. This Mexican home is huge with gardens and parking spaces for 3 or 4 cars. A beautiful wall with the same style of the home surrounds all the property. The home has a big master bedroom and two little bedrooms in the second story. The three bedrooms have a large balcony. At the second story there is a TV room or like a second living room. On the ground floor there is an office that could be used as a bedroom. The dinning room and the living room are huge as well as the kitchen and laundry area. There is direct access from the living room to the garden located in front of the property. The garden is perfect size if you decide to have a pool.
The benefit of this home is that you will be living into a little Mexican community. In this case, this is a home could be used as your primary home or could be a perfect second home for a few months of the year.
